Four Pillars

Moebius Group was started by Venkat and Ramkumar in 2018 to focus on advisory services for the customers in the region

Venkata Raman J


Venkata Raman J (Venkat)

ACMA, CS, PMP and PgMP with experience of 20+ years predominantly on the banking and Finance side. Has worked with Tata Coffee, Karvy Group, GE Capital,  Standard Chartered and Mashreq in Dubai. In his previous roles in Mashreq, Led strategy for the entire Corporate & Investment bank for ~3.5 years. He also trains leaders in project and program management and has Green, Black and Master Black belt certifications in Lean and Six Sigma. Currently on the boards of Kalzen Group, Lokibots, Light Infosys, Kalvi World and 3 Analytics. He is also a member of Investment committees on two active portfolios – Overall size of USD 125 million

Avneesh Mishra

Engineer, MBA and Marshall Goldsmith certified Leadership & Team Coach. Has more than three decades of experience with over 25+ years in leadership positions. His last assignment was as the CEO of a fund services company for its Middle East business. He has largely worked in banking & financial services domain. He is a well recognized leader in the region. He was among the Forbe's list of Top 50 Indian Leaders in the Arab World. MENA Fund Manager, a leading industry publication, included him in its Power 30 Profiles in the fund services industry in the MENA region. He continues to follow his passion of developing ‘leaders of tomorrow’ by mentoring and coaching new leaders & Startups.

Sridhar Balaraman


Sridhar Balaraman

B. Sridhar is a CA and CS with over 35 years of experience. He started his carrier with a large fertiliser company in India and went on to work with several other companies as CFO. He has also headed many other finance functions such as those in treasury, fund raising and M&A in companies Xerox, Career Launcher, SQL Star International, Pearson, PKC (a subsidiary of KIPCO) and Mohd. Jalal and Sons (Bahrain). He also has experience two cycles of ERP implementation. Currently working as an Investment Banker, he specializes in the education sector having raised more than US $100 million and done several transactions in capital raising. He has also successfully supervised 2 IPOs as the CFO of the issuers.

Srinivasan Iyer


Srinivasan Iyer

Srini Iyer, an Insead Business School alumnus, CA, CPA, CS is a result driven CFO and a strategy driven business partner with 34+ years of experience in diverse industries across geographies covering Dubai, UAE, GCC, Singapore, Sydney and India. Over the past 15 years Srini has worked with businesses backed by Private Equity (ex HSBC PE) wherein the buy, build and exit model was successfully executed notably the 2015 divesture of Byrne Group, in Dubai, UAE which was sold for $160M. Srini has led teams across Finance, Treasury, Commercial, IT & ERP implementations (SAP & MS Dynamix), M&A, carve out, buy side and sell side transactions. Srini assists stakeholders and management teams by creating, improving and unlocking value.
